Statutory payments due
EPF, SOCSO + EIS, PCB and HRDF are due by the 15th of the following month. Net salaries are due within 7 days after the end of the wage period.
Admins see and change everything. Staff only see the employees you tick for them, and can type monthly figures (overtime, commission, etc.) for those employees only if “Can enter monthly figures” is on. New users must change their temporary password at first login.

Statutory rates
These rates reflect public information as at Oct 2026. Check them against kwsp.gov.my and perkeso.gov.my before your first payment, and update them here if the government changes them.
SOCSO/EIS use PERKESO's wage bands (assumed wage = mid-point of each RM100 band, rounded to 5 sen). Bands of RM300 and below are typed in from the schedule.

Data is stored in your Cloudflare D1 database. Download a backup regularly and keep it somewhere safe.
